These processing activities do not rely on your explicit consent. You do not need to tick any consent box to send the form. Cookies used on the website are explained in a separate notice (see section 7).
3. Transfers
Within the limits of the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with:
- Service providers for website hosting, email and email delivery infrastructure (for transmission and storage of data)
- Authorised public authorities upon request, for compliance with legal obligations
Some of our service providers may host their servers outside Türkiye. Any transfer abroad is made in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.
4. Retention
Your data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by the relevant legislation, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
5. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data within the conditions set by law
- Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom data was transferred
- Object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
6. How to apply
You may send your request, with information identifying you and the subject of your request, in writing to the address above, or use other methods provided in the Law and the relevant communiqué. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
